The Dyersburg Darlings (7-8 year old) World Series team is alive and advancing in the tournament. Dyersburg eliminated Arkansas and Louisiana both Sunday afternoon.
As you all know home field advantage means exactly what it says. It is an advantage. That was evident yesterday with all our fan support. The girls are asking for at least 5,000 fans tonight from Dyersburg and Dyer County. Please come out and support these local girls. History was made last night as this is the first Dyersburg team in history to win two or more World Series games. Our girls have a great shot to win it all. We need everyone's help tonight at six o'clock. Wear your yellow.
